Catcalling is a huge issue in the country and a lot of women are getting afraid to be out late because of some instances wherein they get unwanted attention while walking the streets. Recently, Kami conducted a social experiment that revealed the truth about this matter. Its title is “Is Manila safe at night for women?” It turns out that it’s really unsafe since 58% of sexual harassment happen on the streets, major roads, and alleys. A woman was hired to stand on the sidewalks alone as if she was waiting for someone and a lot of men hit on her.
